This hotel is very chic and very cool
A (very) minor difficulty about printing Ryanair boarding passes on Sunday morning. Given the prevalence of Ryanair, essential that hotels are able to print boarding passes without major technical issues. Problem was that no printer easily accessible from internet in business centre

The room was very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the square. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. There were lots of good restaurants in the area and it was close to the main museums.

I expected LUX room to be really like that, instead it was standard one (relatively small - with a good bathroom) but not heaving even cattlery inside

amazing central spot near the best landmarks and parks
I had an very nice experience thanks to the amazing staff, made sure our anniversary was special, and the hotel's central location allowed us to stroll effortlessly to Plaza Mayor and the beautiful Parque del Retiro, just a short walk away for morning jogs.

The concierge and front desk staff were very helpdful as this was our first visit to Madrid we found the information they provided very useful.
As we were on the 1st floor above the Plaza even with the windows closed the square and the bar were extremely noisy until the early hours of the morning.

Refreshing Stay with Charming Concierge!
I enjoyed my stay, especially the friendly concierge who helped me navigate the city. Breakfasts were varied, but I wished for more flavorful options. The cozy lounge area was perfect. Tip, Take advantage of local dining recommendations for a real treat!

The me Madrid cannot be faulted. It is located right in Plaza Santa Ana which is a great location, we stayed in the most basic of rooms (deluxe) and although small was clean, well appointed, comfortable and sound proof (with free wifi). The rooftop terrace is lovely for drinks in the evening and the restaurant is fantastic - great ambience and food is great (breakfast buffet was one of the best I have experienced). This hotel offers great value - a chic design throughout with impeccable service. Highly recommend.

comfortable bed, nice bathroom, central (but also very noisy) location,
it was extremely noisy (even though I did not have a room towards the street) - there was loud music all night. Staff was neither attentive nor efficient. Hotel was too expensive for what they offered.

I really liked the location of the hotel.
Only thing was that there was an odor near one side of the bed in the room. It smelled like urine.

Would recommend for an overnight stopping
Comfortable room, great location, with easy access to local bars and restaurants, and we were welcomed with a drink on arrival.
It is perfect.

no dinner until 9 pm with a small child, 30 euro's to park my car in their carpark and staff that refuse to speak English. The junior suite was the size of my bathroom at home.and yes we do travel a lot and stay in various hotels around the world, never again here
